Withdraw & Refund Policies

Register Before May 15

If a student accepted their spot in Summer Academy before May 15 and they decide that a virtual program is not right for them, PAFA will allow them to defer admission to 2021.

If a student who accepted their spot before May 15 is currently a graduating senior, they can request a full refund. We also understand that COVID-19 has had an unprecedented impact on many families, so additional requests for refunds will be considered on an individual basis by reaching out to Susannah Fishman at sfishman@pafa.org.

Register After May 15

A student may withdraw from the Summer Academy up until the last day of the program. Withdrawals must be made in writing to the Manager of Pre-College Programs, Susannah Fishman, sfishman@pafa.org

  • Once processed, the $200 deposit is non-refundable.

  • After deposit, the remaining tuition balance is refundable for withdrawal requests issued prior to June 15.

  • No refunds permitted after June 15, 2020 unless they are necessitated by Covid-19, wherein situations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

  • PAFA cannot prorate the Summer Academy for withdrawals or missed classes.
