Housing and Residential Life

The Student Services Staff at PAFA is committed to finding housing situations that best suit every student’s individual needs. Whether a student is in their first year at PAFA, transferring from another college, or currently enrolled in a program at PAFA and looking for a housing change, PAFA can offer resources and assistance throughout the housing search.

On-Campus Housing in Stiles Hall

Conveniently located just a few blocks from campus, PAFA offers coordinated housing with Drexel University at Stiles Hall. With an amenity-rich community of apartments that have plenty of space for living comfortably and even continuing the art process outside of the classroom, Stiles Hall is strongly encouraged for incoming undergraduates.

Off-Campus Housing Resources

Students may choose to live off campus at any point in their time at PAFA. The city's wide range of universities and institutions provide a variety of housing rental options. Resources for finding housing and making it a home can be found in the Housing Resources Guidebooks below. PAFA encourages students to find a housing situation best fit for their needs as they build a home in Philadelphia.
