Marionette: A Pop Up Exhibition of PAFA Student Sculpture and Video Works

Exhibition Info
Samuel M.V. Hamilton Building
"Marionette" showcases the breadth of experimental and interdisciplinary approaches towards three-dimensional works and moving images emerging within the undergraduate and graduate programs.

From sculptures that investigate form, material, and objectness to videos that offer altered realities and entertainment references with cultural and political underpinnings, the featured artworks demonstrate the ways in which the makers manipulate and transform their media.  Like puppeteers orchestrating a scene, the artists in Marionette discreetly compose immersive experiences for the viewers.  Join us for the exhibition reception on Thursday, November 9 from 4pm - 6pm in the Anne Bryan Gallery.
