(Sketchbook - maroon cover, inside cover labeled "The Black & White Sketchbook")
Morris Atkinson Blackburn
This sketchbook includes an extensive series of sharp, geometric cubist buildings. There are also cubist landscapes and loose figural studies (some of which resemble imagery from the 1925 sketchbook). There are also notes on technique, including a translation from "Du Cubisme au Classicisme" by Gino Severini, as well as other short French translations.
