(Large sketchbook - green cover label "Clipper")
Morris Atkinson Blackburn
This book includes mostly nude figural studies, with one large full color dock scene and one bold abstract geometric sketch. There are also a few short journal entries from 1957 about Blackburn's motivation as an artist, encouraging himself to purge his unfinished works and rededicate himself to finishing others. Other notes include "to-do" lists, needs, and financial notes.
