Begin Again Again: Koru Mindfulness Series
Learn about Koru Mindfulness with PAFA Student Care Coordinator Juli Fomenko. The four-part series will encourage attendees to be with your busy mind, build community and learn tools to source stillness.
We will connect online for four Tuesdays to engage in guided mindfulness meditation practice and skills together. This class helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system and turn into your calm. Research shows that engaging in as little as 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation practice each day can improve concentration, mood, memory, and sleep. Registration includes access to the Koru app for a lifetime for free.
Participants are asked to attend all four sessions. For privacy reasons, this class will not be recorded so live attendance is encouraged.
*Although Koru is geared toward the emerging adult population, anyone is welcome and anyone can benefit from being a part of the course!
