Public Tours

PAFA's volunteer tour guides, known as docents, provide personal contact and insight into the collections for visitors of all kinds. Guides are typically available for walk in visitors at the following times:

Private Tours

Private tours are an opportunity for adults and college students to pre-arrange to meet with a dedicated guide during their museum visit. Tours of both the permanent collection and special exhibitions can be scheduled in advance for groups of adults and college students on weekdays and weekends. (Please note that private does not mean the museum will be closed to other visitors.)

Group Tours for Students K–12

School group tours are available for grades K–12. Through artworks in the galleries, students can journey into a world of exciting images and ideas, and gain understanding and appreciation of art and artists.

Self-Guided Tours

Groups of 10 or more who do not need a guided tour may receive a discounted rate of $10 per person to visit the museum galleries.
