RA Friedman
RA Friedman is a figurative artist who works with drawing and photography. Intrigued by the idea of building bridges to the past and experimenting with older forms of image-making in order to find new relationships and relevant expression, his studio practice is informed by a background in fine arts, theatre set design, and science. In addition to PAFA, he teaches at Pratt Manhattan and for the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Project.
Friedman teaches photography classes in the Continuing Education Program.
