Knitting circle

Join us for the return of the Tasso's Oak Knitting Circle! Hosted by PAFA's Art in Process.

From 6 to 8 p.m., PAFA will be hosting a knitting circle in front of Peter Blume's beautiful work, Tasso's Oak. If you have always wanted to learn how to knit, our knitters and volunteers will show you how. Materials available but on a first come, first serve basis. Already an experienced knitter? Please join us!

Interested in bringing your own materials but not sure what to bring? Our lead knitter recommends the following:

  • 1 ball or skein of light colored worsted weight yarn
  • 1 pair of size 8 straight knitting needles
  • 1 pair of scissors

Rosie's Yarn Cellar will also have a pop-up table for purchasing items!

Materials for this program have been generously donated by Plymouth Yarn Company Inc., and Coats and Clark. Special thanks to Rosie's Yarn Cellar, their volunteers, and Sheryl Kessler, Executive Assistant to the President.
