Join Kristina Murray, Certified Yoga Teacher and PAFA's Teen Programs Coordinator, to learn how to create space for breathing, mobility work, and postural yoga in your studio and home.
Explore simple, effective methods for taking care of your body and mind during this uncertain time. This program will include demonstrations of techniques and a Q&A, with a special emphasis on mindfulness for creatives.
