Mindfulness Artist Series: Invisible in the Visible

Join PAFA faculty member and Co-Founder of Marginal Utility Gallery, David Dempewolf and Juli Fomenko, PAFA Student Care Coordinator in a contemplative and interactive space for the next three Tuesdays to explore embodied mindfulness practices, such as stretching, breath work, and tapping into unconscious spaces. We will engage in discussions, experimental videos and guided practices.
In session three participants will learn about practices of holotropic breathing techniques and working with latent imagery seen with the mind’s eye
No experience is necessary.
Important Note: To help accommodate diverse schedules, individual class sessions will be recorded and made available to class participants for a week after each class takes place.
