Edward Hopper, Apartment Houses. Collection of PAFA.

Experience the PAFA Museum in a stimulating and interactive way. Explore the renowned collections through extended drawing sessions both in the breathtaking Frank Furness and George W. Hewitt-designed Historic Landmark Building and in the Samuel L.V. Hamilton Building, featuring the Making American Artists exhibition.  Under the expert instruction of Continuing Education faculty member Phyllis Laver, draw from both two- and three-dimensional pieces in PAFA’s collection, including iconic and rarely-seen works, as well as from the rich architecture of the Historic Landmark Building.  Gain a deeper understanding of important work as you discover or hone your drawing skills.  The galleries will be closed to the public during scheduled course times, allowing for immersion and quiet focused work.  Please note:  All students enrolling in on-campus courses must submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and booster upon registration
