Join PAFA Museum Director Brooke Davis Anderson and curator Sid Sachs for a discussion on Invisible City: Philadelphia and the Vernacular Avant-garde and how it envisions Philadelphia as “a city of firsts.” This past spring, Invisible City opened as a multi-site project exploring Philadelphia’s significant legacy with the avant-garde community from 1956 to 1976.

Invisible City: Philadelphia and the Vernacular Avant-garde has been supported by The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage
