Inaugural Cocktail Reception
Celebrate the Start of a New Holiday Tradition at PAFA. Join the Women's Committee of PAFA and fellow supporters for the inaugural PAFA for the Holidays Cocktail Reception & Ceremonial Lighting on Friday, November 20, 2026.
The evening will culminate with the ceremonial illumination of PAFA's Historic Landmark Building and Lenfest Plaza, officially launching a new holiday experience in the heart of Philadelphia. This special celebration marks the beginning of six weeks of seasonal programming designed to welcome visitors from across the region to experience PAFA through art, music, family activities, holiday shopping, and Fridays After 5, PAFA's new weekly after-hours experience.
As one of Philadelphia's oldest and most beloved cultural institutions, PAFA has been inspiring artists and audiences for more than 220 years. This holiday season, we invite you to be part of a new tradition as our historic campus comes to life with festive experiences for all ages.
Proceeds from the evening support PAFA for the Holidays, an initiative that will help transform PAFA into a holiday destination in the heart of Philadelphia and welcome an estimated 35,000 visitors throughout the season.
