Illustrated books are not just for children. They can be humorous, cinematic, quirky, and sometimes dark. Join illustrator Kate Samworth for an introduction to some of her favorite classic and contemporary illustrated books, followed by a series of exercises in generating ideas, developing concepts, and communicating action through sequential drawings.
