Apply Today

It's not too late—PAFA is still accepting applications for its undergraduate and graduate programs.

Studio training and study programs are centered on drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and illustration. The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts encourages experimental and interdisciplinary approaches and focuses on development of both technical and conceptual skills, as well as individual studio practice.

A roster of visiting artists and critics expose students to new ideas. A diverse body of student artists become a close-knit peer group. PAFA’s museum hosts world-class exhibitions and a distinguished permanent collection. The Annual Student Exhibition, held for more than a century, attracts over 10,000 patrons, artists, community members and critics.
