The Light
Shelley Spector
Shelley Spector is a sculptor who crafts portraits from wood. She based this print on a photograph of her wooden sculptures. Using Photoshop, the artist created an imaginary landscape built around a group portrait of her family in a car-partner, children, sisters and mother. Her father, who died when the artist was a young girl, flies like an angel toward the horizon.
