Albert Rosenthal
Salvatore F. Bilotti
Albert Rosenthal (1863-1939), was a painter who studied at the Academy and is known for portraits of Philadelphia's first ten mayors. Bilotti's training with Grafly is evident in the strong modeling and naturalistic yet simplified treatment of the features.
