Join Dr. Brittany Webb, Evelyn and Will Kaplan Curator of Twentieth Century Art and the John Rhoden Collection, on a curator's tour of her current exhibition, Gift/Deeds: Collectors at PAFA. This focused installation featuring 20th century and contemporary art from the permanent collection highlights selections from six significant art collections. Each of the collections on view were gifted to the museum by private collectors who served artists and arts institutions; collecting artwork guided by their intellectual interests, activist impulses and their passions.

Dr. Webb will guide you through this extraordinary exhibition, sharing her curatorial vision and appreciation for the works on view. She will demystify what it means to collect art, highlighting how the collectors' commitment and generosity has helped build the collection at PAFA and expand the stories we tell about American Art.

Registration includes the entrance fee to PAFA's Museum.
