Portrait of Halima Taha

Halima Taha, author of Collecting African American Art: Works on Paper and Canvas, the first book to validate fine art by American artists of African descent as viable assets and commodities, brings insights from her expertise as an appraiser, art advisor, educator and cultural advocate to answer this question.
