Studio Rental Program
The Studio Rental Program provides affordable studio rentals to PAFA alumni, as well as to local artists, enabling community members to foster connections with the Academy and expand the next productive period in their studio practice.
In the heart of downtown Philadelphia, studios are located in PAFA's Samuel M.V. Hamilton Building and vary in price from $550 - $350, with discounted rates for alumni. PAFA provides a range of types of spaces from private window, interior, and semi-private, communal studios. Participants will have secure access during designated building hours (there will be some restrictions during holidays and inclement weather) and a climate-controlled environment.
