Carly De La Hoz is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she leads investments in real estate and community assets across housing, sustainability, and economic development. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Carly practiced architecture in New York City at Beyer Blinder Belle, working on the design and construction of high-rise residential towers such as The Kent and 70 Charlton, the Colony Square mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia, and cultural institutions including the Met Breuer (now Sotheby’s New York) and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

In addition to serving on the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) Board of Trustees, Carly is also a member of the Gotham Society, Enterprise Community Partners’ Junior Board in New York. She previously served on multiple Environmental Commissions in New Jersey, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and the Rebuilding Together NYC Board of Directors.

Carly earned a BA in Architecture from Princeton University, and a dual MBA MPA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University, where she focused on the intersection of real estate finance, housing policy, and economic development.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending time with her Xoloitzcuintli puppy and renovating her historic Jersey City brownstone with her husband Henry.
