Linda Lee Alter's painting Pain, Pain. Fear, Fear, Fear.

Join us for a Saturday morning walkthrough of Strange Sensations: The Startling and Surreal in PAFA’s Permanent Collection, an exhibition highlighting the human experience with artworks that find both beauty and humor through the macabre. Curated by Christiana Cruz-Council, Strange Sensations features works by 34 artists, including Peter Dean, Nancy Grossman, and Andy Warhol, and brings together 20th and 21st-century works of art that consider mysterious and otherworldly energies through a post-Surrealist lens.
