Event Rentals

PAFA is proud to partner with some of the Philadelphia region's premier event professionals to help bring your vision to life. From exceptional catering and floral design to photography, entertainment, rentals, and event production, our preferred partners are experienced in creating unforgettable events within PAFA's unique spaces.

To help ensure the best experience, all events must use one of our approved catering partners. For all other event needs, you're welcome to work with the vendors of your choice, though our preferred partners are familiar with our venues and can help make the planning process as smooth as possible. Whether you're hosting a wedding, gala, corporate event, or private celebration, these trusted professionals are here to help make your event exceptional.

Caterers
