FAMILY ART DAY
Free monthly workshops where you and your family can create art together and explore creativity through fun, accessible guided activities.
FAMILY ART FESTIVAL
PAFA’s annual family-friendly festival invites you—and artmakers of all ages—to celebrate creativity and community through hands-on projects, artist-led activities, and vibrant art experiences.
K–5 SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
You can take part in PAFA’s bilingual educational programming that supports student learning, family engagement, and visual literacy through outreach lessons, museum visits, workshops, and shared creative experiences.
FIELD TRIPS
When you explore PAFA’s American art collection through a guided tour, you’ll build visual-thinking skills and connect classroom learning to art through engaging discussions and hands-on creative activities.
SATURDAY STUDIO ART CLASSES
PAFA offers dedicated studio art programs for middle school artists where you can build your portfolio, deepen your skills, and explore college-level techniques. For high school students entering or currently enrolled in grades 9–12, visit Saturday Studio Art Classes for High School Students.
SUMMER ART CAMP
At Summer Art Camp, you’ll explore creativity, make friends, create artworks, and discover PAFA’s collection through weekly themed adventures all summer long. Camp serves children from 5 to 14 years old. For teens 15 and older, visit Teens and Pre-College Summer Programs.
TEEN AND PRE-COLLEGE
Through PAFA’s Pre-College Programs, you’ll grow your artistic and critical-thinking skills with summer intensives, studio classes, youth leadership opportunities, and a supportive community of young artists.
PAFA is licensed through the Pennsylvania State Board of Private Licensed Schools and is a nonprofit institution accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). Program structure and details are subject to standard academic and accreditation review and may be updated accordingly.
