Enter a realm where art and wellness converge with Flow & Harmonic Vibrations with Eunmi Chang. Start your journey with an enlightened introduction to a Pranayama/Breathing practice, leading seamlessly into a Moving Meditation through Yoga, where breath and movement meld effortlessly. Next, surrender to the serene Sonic Vibrations featuring the soothing tones of Crystal Bowls amidst the captivating artwork of Saya Woolfolk. Find inner tranquility, emerge rejuvenated, and reconnect with your true essence in the heart of creativity.

Yoga in PAFA's Rotunda is a series of three unique offerings led by prominent Philadelphia yoga teachers, each designed to open awareness and survey the body's response to the visual space. Surrounded by the immersive art installation by Saya Woolfalk, We Emerge at the Sunset of Your Ideology, participants will experience yoga that merges the worlds of art, sound, and movement. Every class is open to all levels of yoga experience. Participants must be 18 years and older. Please bring your own yoga mats, props, and water.

The museum will be open after hours for registered participants, from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Participants are invited come early and stay longer to explore Artists As Cultivators, an exhibition of drawings, paintings, prints, sculpture, and digital installations, selected from PAFA’s permanent collection, that reveal how American artists have cultivated discourse, care, critique, and change by way of engagement with nature.
