Exhibition Guidelines

  1. Submitted works must be no larger than 74 inches in the vertical dimension. Students are encouraged to restrict submissions to works on paper, paintings, and objects that require little-to-no floor space.

  2. There is limited video equipment available and equipment requests will be considered. Artists may also supply their own equipment.

  3. Images submitted should be in JPG format, 12 inches on the longer side, sized at 72 pixels per inch, saved at the highest setting available (usually 10 or 12). Files must follow this format: last name, then first name, separated by an underscore, followed by the number in the sequence. Example: Doe_Jane2.jpg.

  4. All work must arrive at PAFA exhibition-ready. Exhibiting artists must cover delivery costs to PAFA. PAFA will cover cost to return the artwork, for no more than $150 dollars per total submission.
