The Alumni Gallery exhibits works by alumni from all of PAFA’s matriculating programs. By building connections between PAFA’s alumni and current students, these exhibitions highlight the histories, lineages, and legacies shared by the school community. Located within the Historic Landmark Building, the Alumni Gallery offers a contemporary view of PAFA’s longstanding traditions in art-making.
The Alumni Gallery is always free and open to the public.
Alumni Gallery 2019 Open Call
PAFA’s Alumni Gallery presents an open call for submissions juried by Anna O. Marley, PAFA's Curator of Historical American Art, Hiro Sakaguchi, PAFA faculty member and alumnus, and Brittany Webb, Curator of the John Rhoden Collection. For this exhibition, three to six artists will be selected to exhibit their works at the Alumni Gallery this summer. We are interested in creating relationships with alumni through this open call, so even if your work is not selected, this process will serve as an introduction which may result in future opportunities.
