As the only American art museum in the city of Philadelphia, we proudly exhibit our country's artistic heritage and the achievements of its greatest artists.  Throughout the year, the Academy presents special exhibitions, an outstanding permanent collection, and work by some of the region's most talented contemporary artists across two architecturally significant buildings.  Located on North Broad Street on the Avenue of the Arts, the Historic Landmark Building, designed by Frank Furness and George Hewitt, and the new Samuel M.V. Hamilton Building perfectly showcase a collection of exceptional depth and quality.

We invite you to enjoy the riches of our collection, explore our special exhibitions and programs, and join us for tours and gallery talks. Become a member of a living tradition — the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.

For more information about membership, or to join, call 215-972-0522; e-mail membership@pafa.org; use our secure online registration form; or print the registration form and either fax it to 215-569-0153 or mail to Membership Office, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, 128 N.
