Graduate classes and the Certificate painting program have moved into magnificent new spaces in the newly reconstructed Samuel M.V. Hamilton Building, located directly across Cherry Street from the historic landmark building. Floors 8 through 10 are devoted to the Graduate Studies Center and include superb painting and drawing classrooms, spacious student lounges, and impressive MFA and Certificate studios. A long-awaited Student Center occupies the top floor along with an outdoor painting terrace that affords splendid views of the Philadelphia cityscape.
