Duties
The Writing and Literature Instructor will be a lecturer in English or
a related field in linguistic studies for the Academy’s new BFA
curriculum. The position is ongoing and non-tenure track.
The lecturer will be responsible for teaching three courses a year; a
two semester introductory course on writing, as well as an elective
course or seminar in their area of expertise.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a MA, a PhD preferred. A record
of post-secondary teaching experience is also preferred, as well as a
demonstrated ability to work with visual arts students. The
starting date for the position is the Fall 2008 semester. Applicants
