Director of Operations & Safety
Duties
The Director of Operations & Safety is responsible for the facility
management of the Academy’s buildings- a 2 story historic
landmark & 11 story office/classroom building. Also responsible for
providing leadership to: building systems, HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, construction, voice communications, building maintenance,
safety, government regulations and emergency procedures. This
position reports to the Sr. VP of Finance & Operations.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have ten years of recent supervisory and
facility management experience and proven knowledge of building
systems, maintenance, and repairs. Prefer bachelor’s degree and
appropriate licenses/certifications. Working knowledge of MS Office
Suite applications; experience with project management software
desirable.
