Community Programs

One of the Pennsylvania Academy’s primary objectives is to establish creative ways to reach out to the community through educational art programs. Community Programs at the Academy focus on vital issues within the community, such as drug and alcohol abuse and youth violence, creating awareness and offering solutions through artistic endeavors.

Lost Dreams on Canvas In communities across the nation, innocent dreams are tragically being lost, as young children become victims of violence. Every day, children are denied the opportunity to hope, dream, and live. Their lives are abruptly cut short by unnecessary violence, which can and must be stopped. more >
