Leslie Moody joined the Academy in 1992. Since then, she has directed all human resources functions at the Academy. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Moody facilitates recruitment, hiring, orientation and counseling of employees. Moody is a committed professional and a gifted facilitator with wide-ranging experience in human resource management and organizational development. Prior to joining the Pennsylvania Academy, Moody managed human resources activities for Dupli-Fax Canon, a Canon USA Company, including management training and implementation of a computerized personnel data system. Prior to Dupli-Fax, Moody also supervised the Human Resources department of Staff Builders, a health care corporation. Moody graduated Summa Cum Laude from Glassboro State College, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
