Moe Brooker earned a Certificate from PAFA and his BFA and MFA from the Tyler School of Fine Art at Temple University. He has held exhibitions at several galleries in Philadelphia and New York City, received The VanDerZee Lifetime Achievement Award, and been recognized by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
