When you support the Academy by making a donation online, we will ask you to provide us with the information we need to process and acknowledge your contribution. Your credit card information will be used only as needed to process your transaction. We take reasonable precautions to keep credit card transactions that occur on the Web site secure. "E-mail a Friend" Feature
If you use the Academy's "E-mail a Friend" feature, your friend's e-mail address will not be retained on our Web site or used in any way by the Academy.

The Academy tries to respond to e-mail messages requiring a response within seven business days. We try to respond to customer service inquiries related to an online purchase. If you e-mail the Academy, your message and e-mail address will be forwarded to the appropriate department within the Academy. The Academy may choose to save this information.
