IMPORTANT! Please include a mailing address.
Photography is provided in high-quality digital format.
Please provide:
- specifications for desired resolution and size (such as 300dpi @ 5x7 inches).
- a description of the proposed use of images and all pertinent details of publication/website/documentary/other.
- whether you would like to reproduce images in black and white or in color.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted (on average approximately 3 weeks from receipt of request), a reproduction permission contract/invoice will be sent to you via postal service.
Fees:
Fees will be determined according to the nature of your request. Prepayment is required.
Journalistic requests:
Professional journalists may request images to accompany media coverage of the Pennsylvania Academy, its special exhibitions, and its collection installations from the Public Relations Department at 215-972-2031 or hrass@pafa.org.
