Joseph Jordan

May 27, 1974 - August 31, 1998
Philadelphia, Pa.

Joseph had a genuine smile that quickly won the hearts of all he came in contact with and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He gave of himself diligently and whole-heartedly.

He was a hard working, easygoing person who was a good role model for his family and friends. He truly loved his family and enjoyed nothing more than participating in family gatherings.

A fight broke out after an outdoor neighborhood basketball game at a community recreation center. Fans on both sides argued over whether the shot should have counted. Someone pulled a gun. Moments later, Joseph Jordan lay dead.
