Interns work with the professional staff of the Academy and participate in the work of a department. They are placed within the Academy based on their interests, educational experience, preferences and availability. Internships at PAFA are always for the benefit of the intern; therefore all interns are required to write a summary paper at the end of the assignment detailing what they have learned during their time here.
Most PAFA internships are unpaid and are available throughout the year. PAFA students are encouraged to talk with the Career Services Department concerning their interest in internships. In addition PAFA has collaborated with serve local Universities, including the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Delaware to provide opportunities for specialized fields.
If you are interested, please send your resume to the Human Resources Department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include "Internship" in the subject line of the email. Any requests for internships sent to PAFA staff members will be forwarded to the Human Resources Department for further consideration.
PAFA encourages candidates of all diverse groups to apply for internships.
