Submitting Your Resume
The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts accepts resumes electronically and stores them in a resume database for up to one year. If your applicantion meets the minimum qualifications for the expressed position, the Human Resources Department will forward your resume to the Hiring Manager. In addition, you may be considered for any position for which you are qualified. We are unable to provide any additional information regarding job opportunities beyond what is provided in the advertisement.
Please submit only one copy of your resume, preferably via e-mail (see below); it is not necessary to send additional copies via fax or regular mail.
Please note that all applicants will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your materials. If you do not receive this response, please check you spam or blocked email. Due to the number of resumes received, we regret that we cannot answer specific questions about your status. Please be assured that we will contact you in the event of an appropriate match.
Resume Requirements
The preferred method of application is via e-mail, using a Microsoft Word format.
Please include the following in one Word document:
- cover letter
- resume/CV
- position desired
- employment references (3 preferred)
- salary requirements

Interviews
Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview by the Human Resources Department. At the time of the interview, you will be asked to complete an employment application. Due to the significant volume of resumes received, we regret that we cannot answer your questions about status.
