Submitting Your Resume

The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts accepts resumes electronically and stores them in a resume database for up to one year. If an applicant meets the minimum qualifications for the expressed position, the Human Resources professionals will forward the resume to the Hiring Manager. In addition, you may be considered for any position for which you are qualified.

Please submit only one copy of your resume, preferably via e-mail (see below); it is not necessary to send additional copies via fax and regular mail.

Resume Requirements

The preferred method of application is via e-mail, using a Microsoft Word format.

Please include the following in one Word document:

  • cover letter
  • resume/CV
  • position desired
  • employment references (3 preferred)
  • salary requirements

Be sure to include your name, address, and telephone number on the first page of the document and your name at the top of each subsequent page.

Please e-mail your resume to jobs@pafa.org. Alternatively, you may fax it to 215-972-6194 or mail it to Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Human Resources Department, 118 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

Interviews

Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview by a Human Resources Professional. At the time of the interview, you will be asked to complete an employment application. Due to the significant volume of resumes received, we regret that we cannot answer your questions about status.
